PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS

IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR RAISE THE BAR, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Be a working bartender in the United States and be willing to provide a current reference (we will open for international applicants beginning with our 2026 cohort!)
Have worked as a bartender for at least two years
Be willing to commit to the program for the full six-months
Expectation of at least 1 hour per week focused on your project
The ability to travel to Tennessee January 6th-7th 2025
Give a virtual presentation at the end of the program
Sign our mentorship code of conduct
