PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS

IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR RAISE THE BAR, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Be a working bartender in one of the following countries: the United States, Mexico, Canada, the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, or Trinidad and Tobago, and be willing to provide two current references.
Have worked as a bartender for at least two years
Be willing to commit to the program for the full six-months, with the expectation of at least 2 hours per week focused on your project
Completion of a Capstone Project
Give a virtual presentation at the end of the program
Sign our mentorship code of conduct
Due to the international nature of this cohort, group programming and shared resources will be delivered in English. One-on-one mentoring opportunities will be available in English, Spanish, and French.
